In an exhilarating display of skill and speed, Jayanth Prathipati from Gusto Racing India achieved a remarkable feat at the MRF MMSC FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship 2024 held at MIC in Chennai on Sunday.

Jayanth showcased his prowess by securing the second position in Race-2 of the competitive TVS Apache RR 310 Open category. Starting from third place, he executed a brilliant launch Triumphs and quickly joined a thrilling battle at the front with the top riders Senthil Kumar and Manoj Y, pulling ahead of the pack.

Earlier in the weekend, Triumphs Jayanth set the tone with a commendable third-place finish in Race-1, solidifying his presence as a formidable contender. His consistent performance throughout the event highlighted his racing acumen and determination.

Jayanth Prathipati from Hyderabad showcased tactical brilliance in Race-2 of the MRF MMSC FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship 2024 at MIC in Chennai, clinching a commendable second place.

Employing an aggressive strategy from the outset, Triumphs Jayanth engaged in several position exchanges with race leaders, keeping the pressure on Senthil Kumar. In a twist of events, Kumar, under mounting pressure, made a rare mistake and crashed out in the penultimate lap, leaving the race to Jayanth and Manoj Y. Ultimately, Manoj secured the victory while Jayanth crossed the finish line in second place.

Reflecting on his performance, Jayanth shared, “I had a fantastic start in Race-2 and managed to stay with the top contenders. Today’s scorching weather posed challenges with tyre grip, restricting me from pushing the bike to its limits. My goal was to secure a strong finish to bolster my overall championship standing. Senthil’s crash midway through the race made me more cautious about track conditions. I’m delighted with this result, an improvement from yesterday’s third place, and it positions me second overall in the Triumphs championship. I’m eagerly anticipating Round 3.”
